I have found miss James to be a very kind caring knowledgeable Doctor to me whilst I go through having breast cancer. She is very patient and explains clearly what my procedures will entail each time I see her. I feel very grateful to be under her care and especially so for my coming surgery

Miss James inspired confidence in me, seeming to have plenty of time to listen to and address any concerns that I had. She had a calm and positive approach, striking the right balance between reassuring me that she would be able to deal effectively with my condition without belittling it. Her approach made me feel that I was lucky to have been allocated to her. And, as well as inspiring confidence in her technical medical ability she maintained a very human and caring manner.
